Library Student of the Month

John was awarded the student of the month award for Library for the Month of April. This months award was for trustworthyness. It's a good thing he's doing so well in Library since I volunteer there every Wednesday!!!

COOL KITTY!!!

Here is John with cool kitty Shadow. She is wearing a pair of Build-A-Bear sunglasses. No pictures of Tommy. We lost him at the beginning of February. He had feline HIV. So...Shadow gets to spend most of her time indoors these days. Despite the fact that Jody still refers to her as the stray cat that lives on our porch. We will have belonged to her for two years this May/June.

SPRING SOCCER

Well, the gang won their first game of the season. John got to play almost the whole game. He played wing and sweeper (center mid). He ran his little legs off! They all did. It was an awsome game!

John's 7th Birthday Party!

We had John's Birthday party last weekend (2/2). Everyone had a great time. It was a Pokemon theme. The kids played and the grown-ups talked and ate!

Skating Adventure

We had a skating adventure this past weekend. Nanny and Pop gave John ice skates for Christmas. So Saturday we went and used them. We met Aunt Chris and Bobby there too. It was their first time skating, John's second. Everyone did a great job and had lots of fun. And the grown ups weren't too sore the next day!
